🧭 THIS WEEK AT BuildProven
Howdy, well, StarkNet [my OpenClaw] once again over spent $ this week so generally quite annoying. What I’m finding is that the current AI is not great at building agents with run time dynamics. Codex seems better than Claude though. Certainly can’t promote how to build agents with AI yet!
Let’s get building.
as usual, would love it if you could share this newsletter, give feedback via the poll at the end, or best, just hit 'reply' and tell me what you need/want with AI. I will definitely reply and try to help best i can.🧰 Worth Your Click
Here are a few things I found recently:
Everyone should have decided upfront not to train AI on Terminator movies!
Claude Code limits 50% higher through July!
Use browsers directly via AI!
Good article on building with harnesses - despite the name, really just a loop to have agents build stuff!
🗺️ FEATURED INSIGHT
I got some questions this week about how AI can actually help work. Particularly, how can Claude help. Go to Claude and try this:
You are my AI strategy advisor. I want a high-level overview of how I
can use you (Claude) for my work — not a feature list, but a practical
map of where you'd add the most value.
My role: [JOB TITLE]
My industry: [INDUSTRY]
A typical week for me involves: [3-5 BULLET POINTS — e.g., writing
reports, running meetings, analyzing data, managing a team, responding
to emails]
My biggest time drains right now: [2-3 ITEMS]
Give me your response in this format:
1. TOP 5 HIGH-LEAVERAGE USE CASES for someone in my role
(ranked by time saved × ease of adoption)
- What the use case is
- A concrete example using my actual work
- Rough time saved per week
2. 3 USE CASES I'M PROBABLY UNDERESTIMATING
(things people in my role overlook)
3. WHAT NOT TO USE YOU FOR
(where I'd be better off with another tool or doing it myself)
4. ONE EXPERIMENT TO TRY THIS WEEK
(something I can test in under 30 minutes)
Be direct. Skip the disclaimers. Assume I'm experienced and busy. Some additional details and ideas - simply play with AI and prompt like below -
1. What's the task, and how often do you do it?
(One sentence. Pick ONE — not "automate everything".)
2. Walk me through what you do now, step by step.
Where does the data come from? Where does the output go?
3. What does "good" look like? Paste a real example of a great one
you produced in the last three months.
4. What would be a disaster — what's the one thing that, if Claude
got it wrong, would embarrass you? From this, you can start to discover prompts and tasks that help your work!
