You agree not to use the Services to:

BuildProven is educational and informational. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, or personal outcomes from using the Services.

You access and use the Services at your own risk. All content, examples, and recommendations are provided without guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your situation.

9. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

any defects will be corrected;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Build Lab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business performance.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to:

the amount paid for the specific product or subscription giving rise to the claim; or
one hundred (100) U.S. dollars, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Build Lab LLC from any claims arising out of:

your use or misuse of the Services;

your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, tools, or AI models. Vibe Build Lab LLC is not responsible for third-party services and is not liable for their handling of data, accuracy, outages, or performance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
